Shipping policy

*All applicable duties, sales taxes and import taxes are included in the price. No additional charges.

Delivery time
Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day after payment. Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday. After your order is processed, it takes approximately 4 to 6 business days for the item to be delivered.

Changing the delivery address
Requests to change the delivery address can be accommodated before the order is shipped. Please contact us via email at info@viktorias.com for assistance.

Incorrect delivery address
We cannot refund orders that are shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Exceeding delivery time
If the delivery time exceeds the estimated duration, please contact us for an investigation.

Tracking number
Customers will receive a tracking link upon shipment to monitor the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates from the shipping provider.

Damaged packages during transport
If you receive a damaged package, please refuse it if possible and contact our customer service immediately. If the package is delivered in your absence, contact customer service for further guidance.

Sales tax & VAT
Sales tax and/or VAT are already included in the listed price of goods on our website.

Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted before the package is shipped. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

Lost packages during transport
Refunds or replacements will be processed after the courier has completed their investigation of damages or loss.

Lost packages after delivery
For parcels lost after they have been confirmed as delivered by the courier, we may conduct further investigations. For increased security, consider choosing express shipping for personal delivery.
